Digital Images must be saved or scanned at a resolution of 300 dpi at the final printed size. File types accepted are: .jpg, .psd, .tif, .eps, and .pdf. The front image should be no smaller than: 1600x2500 pixels, or 8"x5" at 300 resolution; these images will typically be 2.5mb to 3mb in size. The back image should be no smaller than: 750x1000 pixels, or 2.5"x4" at 300 resolution; these images will typically be 500 kb to 1mb in size. We can use almost anything; however the printed quality can only be as good as the images you provide. NOTE: Any files not submitted at 300dpi will be sent back to correct the problem or will be subject to image resizing fees of $5.00 per photo. If you do not have digital images, please print our PDF order form and mail your order with your photographs so that we can scan them for you.
It will take a few minutes for your files to upload, please wait until you see our payment page. For large files, we recommend using a file compression program (e.g. winzip, stuffit, etc). This will reduce the file size and upload time. Please rename all image files with your last name underscore and the order you would like them laid out. (e.g. Lastname_Front.jpg, Lastname_backtop.jpg) NOTE: Any files not submitted with this naming convention will be subject to renaming fees of $5.00 per photo.
Nude photos will not be accepted.
